The conference venue of Miyazaki SEAGAIA Resort is locating at approx. 15 km north from Miyazaki Airport, the closest and most convenient terminal to the venue. However, international flights bound for Miyazaki Airport are limited. Please consider flights via Fukuoka Airport, etc. with a Japan domestic airlines. There are 12 flights per day from Fukuoka to Miyazaki, which takes approx. 40 min. Notice that railroad trip from Fukuoka to Miyazaki takes several hours.

By train (via JR Miyazaki Station):
Take a train bound for ” Miyazaki ” or ” Nobeoka “, and get off at Miyazaki Station. It costs 350 JPY and takes approx. 10 min.

By bus (via JR Miyazaki Station):
Take a bus bound for ” Miyazaki ” from the bus stop (No.1) in front of the arrival gate, and get off at Miyazaki Station. It costs 440 JPY and takes approx. 25 min.

To the registration desk in Phoenix SEAGAIA Resort Latest!
We will welcome you at ” Cottage Himuka ” , opening a registration desk until 17:00 on Oct. 27. From ” Sheraton Grande ” in Phoenix SEAGAIA Resort, you can take a shuttle bus of the resort without charge. Please get off at ” Cottage Himuka “. Timetable of the shuttle bus is available from here.
Please notice we will move to ” Pine Terrace ” locating in ” Sheraton Grande ” for Welcome Reception after 17:00 on Oct. 27. If your arrival to Phoenix SEAGAIA Resort will be later than 17:00, please stay in ” Sheraton Grande “. We will soon come and open another registration desk there until Welcome Reception is over (approx. 20:00).
We have not prepared shuttle buses after 21:00. If you plan a late-night-arrival, please take a taxi and go directly to ” Cottage Himuka “. ” Himuka ” is pronounced as ” hi mu ka “.
On Oct. 28, we will open a registration desk in the conference venue ” Seagaia Convention Center “, locating beside ” Sheraton Grande “.
