● Introduction
We invite you to the 30th YABEC, which will be held on 19-21 November (Wed –Fri) 2025 in Kunibiki Messe, Matsue, Japan.YABEC has grown into a highly respected tradition within the Asian Federation of Biotechnology (AFOB) and the broader biological engineering communities across Asia. The conference has consistently provided a platform for young professionals and scholars in biological engineering from various Asian countries and regions to present their groundbreaking research, exchange innovative ideas, create lasting social networks, and promote collaborative international research efforts. As we celebrate the 30th anniversary of YABEC this year, we are especially proud of the achievements made over the past three decades. The upcoming YABEC2025 conference will be hosted at Kunibiki Messe in Matsue, Japan, where we will reflect on this remarkable journey and look forward to the future of biological engineering. YABEC2025 will offer a unique opportunity to exchange the latest advancements in bio big data, AI, and high-throughput, high-precision, and computational technologies that continue to reshape the field of biological engineering. It is our hope that, through this celebration of past achievements, we can inspire new ideas and collaborations for the years to come. We eagerly anticipate the exciting and enriching experiences that await us during this milestone event.

◆ If an accompanying person wishes to attend the meeting (including events such as the banquet and reception), a registration fee is required.
(Note)
◆ Registration Form and Abstract Form should be sent to the regional delegates by e-mail.
◆ Both the registration fee and accommodation fee should be paid together to AFOB.

● Conference fee (Overseas participants)
(Registration fee) Including registration, social program, a set of proceedings, welcome reception (dinner) on 19 Nov., a lunch and a banquet on 20 Nov.
(Accommodation fee) Including two nights’ accommodation
YABECian and OABECian: 100 USD
◆ Please note that the default accommodation is single rooms for all participants.
◆ We do not provide shared rooms by default.
◆ Extra fee will be charged for special arrangements for accommodation.
(Regarding Accompanying Persons)
◆ If you would like to reserve a room at the same hotel for your accompanying person, an accommodation fee of USD 100 per person is required.
◆ If you wish to share a room with your accompanying person, please submit a request through your regional delegate.
We will do our best to accommodate such requests.
◆ Extra fee will be charged for special arrangements for accommodation.
◆ If you or your accompanying person have any dietary restrictions, please also inform us via your regional delegate in advance.
● Conference fee (Domestic participants)
◆ Registration Form and Abstract Form should be sent to the regional delegates by e-mail.
