For Oral Session Speakers
Presentation time: Regional delegates will directly contact individuals nominated for oral presentations
Equipment: Only LCD projectors will be available. One digital projection system will be availabel for single projection of presentation
<Important>
All speakers are requested to biring their own laptop computer for their presentation.
All speakers are also requested to bring a copy of their presentation data in USB flash memory or the other portable devices in the case of unexpected problem.
<PCs>
Power is on 100V, 60 Hz. The plug type is type A with two flat blades without ground pin.
A standard HDMI conector is used to connect the PC with the LCD projector.
For Poster Session Speakers

Posters will be mounted on a panel of 90 cm（width）x 150cm (hight). A0 size poster will be avairable.
<Mounting>
Poster can be mounted from 8:15 on 20th, Nov. (Day 2)
